Artist Membership — $45/month

For individual creatives who need a consistent place to work, create, and stay connected.

This is your entry point into the community—a reliable space to focus, collaborate, and build momentum without working in isolation.

• Access to co-working spaces during open hours (lobby, library, living room, porch)

• Access to self-tape space during open hours (subject to availability)

• 20% discount on classes, studio rentals, and equipment

• Free access to Creative-Preneur Brunch & Learn

Studio Membership — $100/month

For creatives who are actively creating and need flexible space to bring projects to life.

This membership gives you dedicated time to create, meet, and produce—without needing your own studio or office.

Includes everything in Artist Membership, plus:

​

• Up to 5 hours/month of private space usage (including HotSets)

• Business mailing address + dedicated mailbox

• Option to use Katharsis Media as a fiscal sponsor at a reduced rate

 

6-month commitment required

 

Creative-Preneur Membership — $300/month

For creatives building a business, leading projects, or producing at a higher level.

This is designed for those who need more space, more access, and the ability to operate professionally within a creative environment.

Includes everything in Studio Membership, plus:

​

• Additional 5 hours/month of private space (10 total)

• Two Artist Memberships for team members

• Business listing on our website

• After-hours access to co-working suite (until 10 PM daily)

 

6-month commitment required

 

Collective Membership — $575/month

For established creatives, teams, or organizations ready for a dedicated home base.

This is a full workspace solution within a creative ecosystem—giving you a physical presence while staying connected to a larger community.

• Furnished private office with a key (unfurnished option available)

• 24-hour access to office and co-working suite

• All utilities and high-speed wifi

• Dedicated mailbox and business address

• Two Artist Memberships for team members

• Up to 5 hours/month of private space usage (including HotSets)

• Option to use Katharsis Media as a fiscal sponsor at a reduced rate

 

6-month lease with 1-month deposit required

 

Private Office Rental — $650/month

For those who want a private office without long-term commitment.

Resident Desk Add-On (Limited Availability) — $75/month

For members who want consistency and a space to call their own.

Add a reserved workstation within a shared, lockable office—ideal for those who work regularly from the studio and want a more permanent setup without committing to a private office.

• Ability to leave approved materials and equipment on-site

• Access to the office outside of open hours

• Continued access to all co-working spaces and amenities

• This is a shared office environment and not exclusive

• Client meetings, classes, or group use must be booked as private studio time

• Desk area must remain clean and within assigned footprint

Add front desk reception during open hours to greet your guests, manage walk-ins, and answer your business calls.

How Space Usage Works

Katharsis Studios is a shared creative environment designed for both collaboration and focused work.

To keep the space functional for everyone, we operate with two types of access:

 

Shared Access (Included with Membership)
Members may use all co-working spaces during open hours for individual work, casual collaboration, and connection. These spaces remain open to other members at all times.

Private Use (Requires Booking)
If you need exclusive use of a space—or plan to host clients, meetings, classes, or productions—you’ll need to reserve private studio time.

​

Private bookings allow for:

• Exclusive use of a space

• Bringing in non-members

• A controlled, uninterrupted environment

 

Important Notes:

• Co-working spaces are not reservable for private group use without booking

• Shared spaces remain open to all members at all times

• Collective Members may host guests within their private offices

 

Co-Working Zones

To support different working styles, our shared spaces are thoughtfully designed for diverse needs: 

 

The Library (Quiet Zone)
A focused, heads-down environment for those who need minimal distractions.
Calls and conversations should be taken outside this space.

​

The Living Room (Collaborative Zone)
A relaxed, conversational space for creatives who work better with energy and interaction.
Light conversation and informal collaboration are encouraged.

​

• Video and audio calls are permitted using headphones and at a respectful volume

• Speakerphone, voice-to-text, and media playback without headphones are not permitted

• Extended calls, meetings, or recording sessions should be moved to the porch or booked as private studio time

​

The Porch (Flexible Zone)

An open, more casual workspace designed for flexibility and movement. Ideal for those who need a bit more freedom to talk, take calls, or shift between work and conversation.

• Conversations and collaboration are welcome

• Video and audio calls are permitted using headphones and at a respectful volume

• Better suited for longer calls, virtual meetings, or work that may be more disruptive indoors

• Please remain mindful of overall noise levels and shared use of the space
