Event Overview: 
 
Frame by Frame: 2025 Film Industry Summit & Gala is an immersive event aimed at bringing together industry professionals, aspiring filmmakers, and key stakeholders to build a stronger, more connected film community in New Mexico. This event will support the Katharsis Media’s Registered Apprenticeship Program, empowering the next generation of filmmakers with hands-on training and industry mentorship.
 
The event will include a vendor & resource fair, a series of expert-led workshops and master classes, networking opportunities, a VIP gala, and exclusive sponsor and partner events. Our ultimate goal is to raise funds to support apprentice wages and development opportunities, helping apprentices build sustainable careers in film and media. In addition, Katharsis Media will review series pitches to develop and produce in 2025. The event will also take applications for the Film Emergency Fund onsite on Saturday (no registration required), with grants being selected and funded on Sunday.

Single Workshop: $35. Includes access to Vendor & Resource Fair and Opening / Closing Sessions. Does not include Speed Networking or Farewell Luncheon.
 
Workshop 4 Pack: $120. Includes access to one workshop per session, Vendor & Resource Fair and Opening / Closing Sessions. Does not include Speed Networking or Farewell Luncheon.
 
Quick Headshots: $50. Headshot session with Professional Photographer, Emmett Van Halm. 1 look / 2 headshots (commercial & theatrical). 1 week prior to the event, a link will be sent out to book your appointment time. If you register less than a week from the event, you will be sent the link within 48 hours of purchase. If you register less than 48 hours from the event, you will need to select an appointment time at conference registration on Saturday morning. 
 
Gala Only: $50. Includes general admission to the Gala and Vendor & Resource Fair

All Access Pass (Early Bird): $60. Includes access to all workshops and sessions, including the Speed Networking event and Farewell Luncheon, and general admission to the Gala.
 
VIP Gala Only: $100. Includes reserved seating and 1 drink ticket.
 
VIP Table at Gala: $1500. Includes VIP table for 8, special gift, and 8 drink tickets.
 
VIP All Access Pass: $175. Includes access to all workshops and sessions, Speed Networking and Farewell Luncheon, reserved seating at the Gala, and 1 drink ticket.
 
Elite All Access Pass: $225. Includes all VIP All Access Pass benefits plus VIP Lunch and Dinner events.
