Event Overview: 
 
Frame by Frame: 2026 Film Industry Summit & Gala is an immersive event that brings together hundreds of film industry professionals, aspiring filmmakers, and key stakeholders to build a stronger, more connected independent film community. Our ultimate goal is to build the infrastructure of our independent film community toward sustainable careers within New Mexico. We do this by focusing on above the line professional development, continued crew development, building of writer's rooms, and ensuring strong career pathways into the film and television trades.
 
To that end, this event supports the Katharsis Media Registered Apprenticeship Program, empowering the next generation of filmmakers with hands-on training and industry mentorship.
 
The event includes a vendor & resource fair ,panels, expert-led small group workshops and master classes, film screenings, networking opportunities, black tie gala, awards, and exclusive sponsor and VIP events.

NOTE: The Party Bus Resource Tour is an add-on event requiring an extra ticket and can be purchased beginning June 16, 2026 on a first come, first served basis. 
 
All Access and VIP All Access Passes go on sale February 13, 2026. 
Individual workshops / event tickets go on sale June 16, 2026. 
 
Workshops are designed to be small group, skill building workshops, not general theory and therefore have limited seats. Most workshops will be offered twice during the conference. Panels are more theory or discussion and Q&A and seats are not limited. 
 
VIP All Access Passholders receive priority selection of workshops beginning June 1, 2026; Regular All Access Passholders receive priority selection of workshops beginning June 8, 2026. 
 
General selection of workshops begins June 16, 2026 on a first come-first served basis until full.

🎟️ Ticket Policy 
All ticket sales are final. However, if you contact us at least 7 days before the event, we’re happy to apply your full payment as credit toward a future Katharsis Media class, workshop, or event OR to transfer your pass to another person.
 
*All-Access passes are for the named pass holder only and may not be shared between attendees.
