Retainer Deposit – One time payment -- Required to Begin Service
This one-time payment secures your place on the Katharsis Media Production Support Retainer. The deposit is equal to two weeks of services and will be applied to your final two weeks of support. Services will not begin until both this deposit and your first weekly payment have been received.
The deposit is non-refundable. If services are not needed during the final two weeks, the remaining balance will be considered a donation to Katharsis Media, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A tax receipt will be provided for your donation. 
Due to our billing system, this deposit must be made separately from weekly payments--please use the payment link in your MOU for weekly paments. 
Once the deposit is paid, you may opt into automatic weekly billing to simplify ongoing payments.
 
Katharsis Media is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing concierge-style production support, including scheduling, permitting, casting coordination, crew recruitment, tax incentive documentation, and production office assistance.

Clients must commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week and a 4-week minimum retainer.
