This Space Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on May 15, 2026 by and between Katharsis Media ("Owner") and Tina Timelord (“Renter”).
RENTED SPACE: The Owner agrees to rent the following spaces to the Renter: 
Studio B 
Porch and lobby area 
 
RENTAL DATE: AND TIMES:
05/15/2026, 7pm-10pm 
These times reflect all needed setup and tear down. 
 
RENTAL FEE: 
Rental Fee: $60 per hour for 3 hours $180
This rental fee is nonrefundable and due upon booking. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and Teardown: 
The Renter is responsible for setting up and tearing down any equipment, furniture, or materials within the rental period.
Condition of Space: The Renter agrees to:
Leave the space in the same condition as it was provided.
Remove all trash, debris, and personal belongings by the end of the rental period.
Return furniture and equipment to their original placement.
Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period and agrees to pay any cost associated with repairs for damages.
 
RULES AND REGULATIONS: 
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other occupants or neighbors.
The Renter may not sublet the space to any other party.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the rental date will forfeit the total rental fee.
 
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIABILITY The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Katharsis Media, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Renter's use of the space.
 
ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
