Vendor & Resource hall
Open to the public and free to attend, the Vendor & Resource Hall is conveniently located near event registration, ensuring high visibility and accessibility. This central hub will feature vendor booths and resource tables, including essential industry services like the Film Emergency Fund, headshot registration, and more. It will be open Saturday from 8am-5:00pm.

Each vendor space (except for the Limited Edition Booth) accommodates a 6-foot table (provided by the vendor) with room for two chairs and allows space for a backdrop or banner behind the table (up to 8 feet wide). Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and display materials. 6' table and 2 chairs will be provided for out of town vendors upon request. All vendor table purchases include entrance to VIP Luncheon.
In alignment with our mission to build a supportive and connected film community, Frame by Frame: 2025 Film Industry Summit & Gala is offering dedicated resource tables at special rates for nonprofits, unions, and agents.
Nonprofits are invited to have a standard table for a reduced fee of $50, allowing them to share valuable resources and industry insights with attendees. Does not include VIP Luncheon, but may be added for $25 per person.
Film industry unions and agents are welcome to host resource tables at no cost, encouraging participation and support of the New Mexico film community. Includes complimentary VIP Luncheon.
These resource tables provide attendees with access to critical information, networking opportunities, and guidance to support their career paths, adding depth and value to the event experience for all.
