Katharsis Studios is a co-working space designed specifically with creatives in mind. While all of our spaces are able to be transformed in any way that you can imagine, we also have some regular setups to support your craft. You can rent spaces by the hour or join as a member and enjoy the benefits all month long. In addition to our co-working spaces, our HotSets Studio is the perfect spot for your podcast, talk show, cooking show, audition tape, photoshoot, classes, or other content creation needs.
All of our spaces are equipped with high speed WIFI, and equipment and crew are available for on-site support. Scroll down for more information on HotSets!
The Co-Working Spaces
The Living Room (Studio B):
Dressed with a cozy living room vibe, Studio B is our second largest space and is the perfect space for networking, collaboration. or even a small class or team meeting. Get cozy on a couch or spread out at a desk.
Included with all co-working memberships. Private rentals: $35/ hour.
The Library:
Four desks and a cozy armchair dresses this co-working space--with the expectation of focus. This room is the perfect spot for those who prefer to work somewhere quiet.

The Porch:
Our patio is the perfect spot to pop up a laptop and enjoy the sunshine - or to film your next café scene. Regular dressings include: coffee kiosk, bistro style tables and chairs, game shelf stocked with cards and board games, beautiful archways.
Included with all co-working memberships or cafe purchase (1 hour limit). Private rentals: $35/ hour.
Private Offices (2):
Complete with desk and seating for up to three people, private offices are a great place to meet with clients or small teams. Private offices can be rented by the hour or monthly. Discounted rates for 6 month commitment.
Hourly: $25/ hour (20% discount for members)

The Sound Recording Room:
An even quieter space fully equipped for voiceover, ADR, and even music recording.
Includes:
• production desk and chair
• recording, mixing, and live edit equipment
• accommodations for up to 4 people (alternate space available for larger groups)
• speakers for playback
Private rentals: $35/hour.
Our HotSets Studio is Katharsis Studios’ dedicated production and creative event space located right next door to our co-working offices.
The studio features multiple ready-to-film sets—including a kitchen set, apartment living space, podcast studio, and talk show interview set—making it easy for creators to produce professional content without building their own sets. The space can also transform into an intimate screening or performance venue with a velvet curtain backdrop, projector, and flexible seating for up to 40 guests.
HotSets Studio is available for private rental hours for filmmakers, photographers, podcasters, workshops, and creative events.
$45/hour (20% discount for members).
The Memberships
Dropping in is cool, (see rates above), but belonging is even better - and cheaper. Members receive 20% off of classes and studio rentals. PLUS! Being a member gives you access to all of our common areas (denoted with an * above) during all of our open hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-1pm)--so you work on your project in a creative environment and stay accountable to your goals.
Clubs are always free for members as well as our monthly Creative-Preneur Brunch & Learn Networking event. Some memberships also include studio rental hours each month.
The Individual Membership: $45/ month
This membership is perfect for the working actor or filmmaker who needs a space to film auditions, reels, write, edit, or have a great place to work with awesome wifi and film-minded friends. Individual memberships include:

Reception Ready Add-On
Add professional polish to your membership. This tier provides front desk reception during our open hours to greet your guests, field walk-in inquiries, and answer your business calls using a device you provide. Includes display of your business card and optional signage in our shared space. Available only to Business, Collective, or Private Office members.
