The Cruciality of Taking Time Off

As performers, it is very easy to emotionally and energetically exhaust ourselves. We have to remind our selves that reaching this state is not good for anyone!

  1. If you're feeling exhausted and worn out, make it known to your employers so that they can help you by scheduling some time off for you.

  2. Make sure you're filling your time off with activities that are relaxing and rejuvenating to you to ensure the proper recharging of your energy.

  3. Make time for the friends and family you've been too busy to see because they miss you!
