Left unchecked our subconscious mind can absorb–be programmed by whatever we feed it. If we feed our subconscious mind negative self-perception that will grow. If we feed our subconscious mind compassion, empathy, and encouragement that is what will grow.
To give into the internal sabotage monster that tells us we are not good enough we will become just that. It all starts within. These are pieces of things I tell myself daily to remain vigilant and aware of my perceptions; not only my perceptions of others but mainly of myself. Mainly myself because when we offer ourselves love and care we train those in our environment to do so as well.
