Weekly Production Support Retainer Payment
This payment covers one week of production support services at Katharsis Media. You may choose your weekly hour commitment (minimum of 5 hours/week), and your retainer will be billed accordingly based on an average rate of $30/hour. Actual billing is calculated in 6-minute increments, depending on the complexity and skill level required for each task.
Payment is due at the beginning of each week. Services will not begin until payment is received.
If rollover hours remain from the previous week, they will be applied before billing additional hours. Once hours are expended, services will pause until the next payment is made.
Retainer clients may pause for up to two weeks per 3-month period, and may adjust their weekly hour commitment 1 weeks’ notice.
If clients wish to reduce below 5 hours/week, they can complete their current retainer term and may then switch to an hourly billing model (subject to availability). Hourly rates are higher than retainer client rates. 
Services include pre-production, production, and post-production support, such as:

✅ Task tracking & real-time reporting via shared dashboard
 
Retainer clients receive priority over hourly clients and may approve additional hours at their current retainer rate.
